week2 term3

Last night AT LAKEVIEW SCHOOL THERE WAS A CONSERT. IT WAS 2 DOLLARS ENTRY FEE. IT WAS COOL. The Kapa Haka, band, choirs, singing bees were all fantastic. Cruize Karitiana came and sang with the choir. He was cool.

week 11

We had on Monday Constable Keely come in and we had to solve a crime. It was hard. In the afternoon we had the green fire watch firemen come to tell us about what emergenciew they respond to, how the respond, and help and about a career in the fire service.

Perhaps one day I will be a fire man because I sure can run fast.

On Tuesday I ran in Wellington, but I only came 53rd out of heaps of people. It was not my best race.

Friday is the last day of term. I can't wait for the holidays. No School!!!!

On monday we had art.
On Wednesday we painted the background to the poem that we thought was our best Poem.
This is the poem I chose as my best.
River
Fresh water flowing down the river,
People jumping down, down, down,
Splash, deep down under the water,
In the holidays, People having fun,
Clapping and swimming in the river.

for tech this term the year 7,s are in sewing. Today we are learning to use a sewing machine.
